Here the hearing officer announces a change in Hearing officers for Agenda Item #7 (Alpine Solar) WHY
Here the substitute Hearing officer announces that there will be a 10 minute break.
WhyDo they have to discuss strategy on the newly received letters
This clip describes the project and mentions 800 acres . This includes the area that was destroyed by ave "A" but these people don't want to talk about it and avoid at all costs discussing the subject.
They claim to posted by mail, newspaper, library, property posting and regional posting. We have no libraries in Fairmont or Antelope Acres, no newspaper, we received no mail notification and their sign was posted way off the project site by Ave "D". As described in the above clip the project is located at ave "C" and ave B-8", No-gots a sign there.
They say they have posted pictures from 1952 to 2006, what happened from 2006 to 2010. Maybe it shows that there is activity in the area and they wanted to surpress this info. Possibly it would show the hundreds of Alepo pines that don't show in their photo's (which are going to be destroyed)
Here they describe the location of cities. Never a mention of Fairmont, only that Nenach is 3 miles from the site (duh go take a look their speedometer is fast). Here they paint the area as uninhabited and don't mention a local Tree Farm, which has been conviently removed from any pictures.
To me there seems to be gray areas of obfuscation to make it look like this is an abandoned desert with nobody around. They did not talk to the Fairmont Town Council, they did make a presentation to Antelope acres. They claim they informed the Rural Town Councils, I go to the meetings and I don't remember this. Alpine Solar steadfastly refuses to discuss the Ave "A" SEA area that was destroyed. If you people look at their photos there is not one tree in the pictures but the property has 2 rows of trees on the North and West side the full length of the property on Phase I. There is not one mention about the animals and birds that inhabit these trees.
Phase II has Trees all over the place on the S/W corner but they don't show in the pictures.
It looks like a submission of selected facts to expedite the hearing process.
